This menu was inspired by the banquet prepared
by Han Bok-ryeo(President of the Institute of Korean Royal Cuisine, the 3rd National Human Treasure) during the First Inter-Korea Summit Talks held in Pyeongyang June 2000.

Jineo Manchan

This menu was prepared according to the historical materials such as Jinchanan (Recipes for the 60th Birthday Banquet of Lady Hyegyeonggung, 1795), Sangayorok (Ancient Recipes, 1450), and Eumsik dimibang (The First Korean Recipes, 1670).

This menu is a reenactment of royal banquets inspired by the TV drama Dae Jang Geum, which was advised by Han Bok-ryeo (President of the Institute of Korean Royal Cuisine, the Third Human National Treasure).
